I haven't looked at Pee Wee in a while (and tbh, no one has ever sent me a pm asking me to - if they had I might have done so more sooner) but just glancing through the leagues, it's obvious there is little need for all the Pee Wee leagues we currently have.
What if we just went with a tiered system that worked something like the regular leagues do.
Pee Wee Gold - the 32 best, bottom 8 from each conference (16 total) demote each season to keep things fresh and challenging and to give plenty of opportunity for new teams. Demoting teams go into a Pee Wee Silver #1 or #2 league.
Pee Wee Silver #1/2 - all teams that make second round of playoffs (16 total) promote to Pee Wee Gold. Bottom 4 teams from each conference (8 total) demote to Pee Wee Copper #1 or #2.
Pee Wee Copper #1/2 - all teams that make the conference championship game promote to Pee Wee Silver #1 or #2 (8 total).
That makes for a total of 5 leagues which at 32 teams per league = 160 teams. Currently I think there are approximately 115 non-CPU teams in Pee Wee so this would leave more than enough room for new teams if needed.
Open for discussion but that's a preliminary idea to work with.
This is exactly what peewee needs. Pretty much what Gerr and myself have suggested. It will work. Problem is jury fielding 32 human teams.
