It's actually because there weren't many HB's in the rookie leagues, notice about half those players are the HB's on the team.

Just let people make what they want not what you want them to make.

Then there would be more QBs and HBs than teams (CPUs included).

Um... there is already, isn't there? I mean each TEAM has at least 2 of each... so there's at least twice as many QB's and HB's as teams.

It's pretty much the only "glamour" position I make. My QBs were either nonboost or D League challengers (and thus dead after one season). My only real HB I thought was for a pee wee team, but I was told later I was on a real team and I felt bad and kept building him (despite no boosting season of creation). I'll find out how awful he is in a few seasons, since it's my first HB beyond D League challenge.
