Regardless, the more important thing to look at is what your build is going to end up looking like at Level 79, not what it's going to look like at Level 5.

Keep INT training till roughly day 0 and u will indeed be able to 2nd cap before lvling up to 5. Can even go a day or so past day 0 depending on game days/exp
