And not volunteering myself, I don't have much of a problem buying flex. The point in paying them the small amount of flex it would take is so there can be some responsibility held and an expectation to be met. I am willing to be there are at least 10-12 people who could man just the leagues Bhall suggested, that could do an excellent job of the write ups which he proscribed.

I've done them a few times and suggested it (To no avail) but all you get is some "Good Write-Up" Comments and each Conference takes about 2 hours if you do it write and do your Research.

I know when there are good write ups in leagues I am I try to post them in the Team Forum, it generates discussion there that many times can overflow into the league forum.

great idea but some sort of compensation to do a good one would be nice. I did this the season before last for my conference and then tried to keep it going through the playoffs. It takes a minimum of an hour to do and if you do it to create a little excitement you really do have to put some thought into it, so it warrants some type of a reward imo.

Those were a highlight. I used to look forward to logging in and checking them out. Wish there were more. I even like the ones obviously a clown job, so long as they aren't directed at newbs can't really see a down side.
