Or better yet, when all xp stops why not just give the rest of the training points and allow dots to have the rest of their boosts. It'd help with having to play that whole season at lvl 73 and have to face max level dots the entire season.

+1 one of the bigger mistakes made by GLB was to make dots play basically a whole season at level 73. Once XP's stop, lets dots boost to 79 and train until they reach plateau.

Implement immediately and problem solved.

over half your team is in plateau - but also did not say you couldn't be competitive either
