What's the big deal? He's got a team full of CPU's, they're 7-8 in an awful conference, whatever. I'm sure he pays just like everyone else to have fun. Hopefully you won't have to "deal" with that next season when you promote. Regional Pro sucks. You either win every game by 200 or you lose them. Just part of the structuring that doesn't look to be getting any better anytime soon.
Edit: Kinda funny if you scout them. They've ran 4 passes out of 1096 total plays this season. Out of all of those runs, they've only used 4 separate running plays, all very evenly. Not really an exploit because it can easily be stopped.
