Maybe extra bumps for levels of success? No sense rewarding the scrub owner that doesn't try to win the same as the guy consistently putting out a good product.

I like it, although I might simplify it to 10 points = 5 chem, then just select that option as many times as you need to.

So ownership of a CPU team for 20 seasons gets rewarded? Why not tie it to actually running a competitive team?

Obviously things like that should be taken into consideration. The idea handles the issue with Chem at the upper end pretty well, in my opinion. But there would need to be areas fleshed out to keep exploits to a minimum for sure.

There's no way they tie this to a team's success in games since it will turn into a "rich get richer" system. That's why I suggested this.
