Probably. Swap Punting in for Kicking, put more emphasis on Vision and a little less on Strength, and you have a Punter. I don't think I'd worry about energy as much for a Punter, though, so there I might be more inclined to put Agility above Stamina.

id forget Automatic - it does nothing noticeable - and, given what Bort said in the last Q&A, Id be tempted to put 10 in First Step instead

yea, seems it can help the entire ST unit, but K would still have to have some speed himself to make it effective I would imagine.
10 FS on an 8 speed dot does not seem worth it to me.
10 FS on a 49 speed dot sounds better.
