IDK, be careful what you ask for. I see unintended consequences with this.
this is the scare tactic that conformists use when they have no logic to back it up imo

1 year and one month to build a player and you can actually call it less than a year before the games actually become pretty interesting as games get good by level 64.
And I interact with new people in this game everyday. These kinda games take social networking to build up a team. I am popular because I got good at coordinating. People will take on good coordinators. Hell some teams will take on mediocre coordinators in pro actually. I also make a lot of my own players and am far from a top builder in the game when it comes to effective levels, but I know what works from using the experience I gain through coordinating these dots.
Now while I agree it would certainly be nice to see the middle stages of this game (University through National Minors) a lot more playable or even worked at a faster rate, I can't currently see them quicken that process until at least they shoot out a couple more popular games to keep this game upright. And they aren't going to remake this into a shorter new game anytime soon as they are in the process of creating some other new games to bring in a wider audience of players.
But in the meantime, if you want to achieve the status of getting less inactive agents or even solid builders on your team, grab a coordinating job in the upper leagues, get in on the private forums that are quite helpful, social network yourself to where you have the means to get a good group of guys together and come up the ranks.
People call the WL "good old boys" or an "exclusive club"...blah blah...you know why that is? It isn't because the game is built around it. It isn't even because it is ultimately that hard to get there. It is because there are about 20 coordinators in the game who just keep plugging teams up over and over into it. Which is a shame. The bigger shame? We could condense the player building time frame and there would still be 20 coordinators in the game slapping each other around.
this is one things that needs to be addressed here ...you can say that you good at coordinating and there are also a few good coordinators in peewee, but I don't see any WL/Pro teams falling over themselves to recruit them for the job ...need to be given a chance with a team with good builds to prove yourself ...I'd like to see how well your coordinating fares with a team of shit builds and how many WL/Pro teams acknowledge the good job that you did with those shit builds ...WL only have a few coordinators that are given the privilege of coordinating teams with superior builds and let's face it, if your team doesn't have superior builds, then your chances for success in WL and Pro and pretty limited even if you are a good at coordinating ...the catch22 is that WL/Pro will never realize who is most ideal for the coordinating job, if the team owners of them are not willing to give som1 outside of their circles a chance
