No what I meant is that 4 pages is 50+ questions. I am sorry but that is a lot of questions to ask. I mean ya I don't doubt that QnA's are valuable to a lot of people but I think the most valuable part about them is Bort being online....otherwise i am not sure the answers really cater too much to GLB...

I mean, it's not like Bort was sitting around for long durations during that hour twiddling his thumbs waiting for questions. He was pretty much answering questions the entire time.

that is what I am saying...it is 50+ answers from Bort...are we actually considering he is going to answer like 200 questions or something ridiculous if the answers arent live? doubtful.

I think the main reason they did this was to show Bort online so people weren't spending days talking about if Bort actually cared anymore about this game. It is more a statement as to which Bort is still here rather than a time to answer every question a person has about GLB.

Well... consider that, if the OP is implemented, Bort and the others would have earlier access to the questions and therefore more time to prepare the answers. That way it's spread out rather than all bunched up (time-wise) making it an easier job, IMO.

Not sure how dedicating more time makes it an "easier job".

The main factor is the time-based opportunity cost, and I can't imagine answering yello's trolling questions and jdbolicks sarcastic questions is very high priority to devote time to.

Bort could just have a standard response to those two users anytime they asked a question. Something like this perhaps.

My take on this, or the way I'd handle it. And, maybe they did this already. Not so much answer every question posed, if there was a system to submit questions. But answer the top 50 (whether by quantity and/or quality) instead of the first 50. More bang for your buck for the user and Bort.

To be fair to Catch, he will answer any question you ask anytime. Just PM him.

We've done something similar to this in the past (taking questions for 1-2 weeks, compiling them, and then I would answer the ones I could and Bort would answer the remainder):

Feedback we received was overwhelming that users prefer the live format with Bort answering questions. Users can always submit questions to me via pm prior to the Q & A and I will usually include them at the beginning of the live Q & A for Bort to answer.

As such, this suggestion is NGTH.
