I understand it. I just knew there was a guide somewhere, I didnt read it all before I posted. I will never follow a guide without blindly. They are good when you understand them but for exemple don't boost if you can get your training to 90+% the next day
Most of whats said in these builds are good. I just wanted to help

I got a question, maybe it belongs in this thread....
How does a dot end at lvl 53 at the end of the 4th season. All of my dots end at lvl52....is it because I boosted from 19-22? This is an advantage to start the 5th season because you can boost into your lvl 56 upgrades right away.

Do you boost from 32 to 35 at s3 D0 ?

Understood, Kboum.
However, telling people this...

► No other option => No XP loss since daily XP is the same and there is no game XP for playoffs
...doesn't help, for the reasons I explained back on Page 1. A person who is playing in an even-day league with their game late in the day who just looks at this and boosts on the morning of Day 32, before Game 16 gets played, will miss out on 125 XP.
Rather than just copy-and-pasting info that isn't entirely accurate, try fixing it. THEN you can post it.
That guide isn't entirely bad, but the inaccuracies need to be fixed. Otherwise, you're really not helping anyone by posting it.

Except a lot less knowledgable, a lot less funny and your team doesn't have Terrell Suggs on it

later would cause a loss of VP

Note - there are 2 schools of thought
1 - Boost season 0 (creation season) - Pro = more VP, Con = lower training gains
2 - Don't boost season 0 and catch them up at the end of the build - Pro = higher training gains, con = fewer VP and always 3 levels behind those that boosted early until you hit plateau
This guide is for those that select choice #1
Season 0 - creation season - boost on day 48
Season 1 - boost anytime between day 32 and day 48 - ideally, you want to line-up when training will take you over the next attribute point along with your ability to push that beyond the next cap so the next training will gain you more SP value.
Season 2 - boost when you are able to put yourself in a position to hit level 25 at the nightly rollover - you will gain the nightly VP that are assigned at rollover as the XP gets handed out before the VP script runs
Season 3 - boost by day 0 or before to gain max VP - do so when it best supports where you are in training
Seasons 4-7 - boost anytime - generally when it works best for hitting caps with training
Season 8 - run the VPB and be sure to select the right day (even or odd) for your games, then trial with boosting to 71 before playing any games or waiting until you hit level 69 and then boost to 72 to see which method gives you the most leftover XP after you hit level 73 and go with that
Season 9 - boost 6 times to level 79 - the last 3 boosts have to wait until day 1 - boost when it makes sense for you relative to rolling over training or whatever
