But... If you BUILD it (AEQ), each new EQ piece costs 15 BT's... and that's BEFORE you add any skill upgrades or bonuses.

You are soooooo confused.

LOL. That is true until you add in the +3 whatever. It changes from 15 to 50 BTs. No one, and I mean no one, would buy EQ with no attribute, SA, or % upgrades factored in unless they have failed the test to ride the long bus.

And I think it's only the 1st second piece of same body part that cost 15, I think it doubles with each additional 2nd piece you purchase

Head= 1st piece free, 2nd piece for head cost 15BT
Hands= 1st piece free, 2nd piece for hands cost 30BT
Body= blah blah 45BT
Feet= blah blah 60BT

I am not sure about that, but I think that's how it worked when I actually purchased additional pieces for a rQB I was experimenting with. I wanted a set of gear for running and a set for passing.

That was not including any % or attribute enhancements, just additional basic EQ

You only have to pay that 15 if you want a completely basic EQ without +% or +attributes, as soon as you add on a +anything the 15 BT cost is taken out

Ahhhhh! Did not know this. Thanks.

Not confused at all. There are only three subsections to the Buy EQ screen; Build EQ, Advanced Store, or Build Custom. Since the OP is about AEQ the last selection is irrelevant. So you're either Shopping (Advanced store) or Building (Build EQ) to get your AEQ. So what I posted was correct... except I did NOT know the original 15 BT cost disappeared once you added the bonuses (see above post). So, in the end, I was wrong about the cost and therefore wrong about waiting to build up your starter EQ since the cost to build AEQ is free once you add in the bonuses.
