This is unfortunate and all but if you're interested in disabling the new Flash here are the steps in Chrome.
Step 1: type Chrome: Plugins into your address bar.
Step 2: Locate Adobe Flash player, there should be 2 entries 11.6.xxx.xxx and 11.5.xxx.xxx.
Step 3: Click 'Disable" on the 11.6 version.
Step 4: Come in and chat with us

Do you use google chrome?
I do and had the same problem, had to uninstall everything flash and uninstall/delete cache/history for my google chrome
re-installed it all and it worked.
