I could see why one would think this though.

Why because we asked for a thread to be locked that every troll in GLB frequented.

Dont think the current userbase economy would be accommodating for this kind of draft, or any other tbh...

Maybe instead of a League, talk bort into a draft for tourney play. The level could be selected and dots priced accordingly with a set number of SP and VA points available.

when i see bort at dinner i'll bring this idea up. not sure how succesful it'll be, mom doesnt like dot talk at the dinner table.

seriously though, at this point bort is done working on this game, so trying to get something very specific like that which'd have to have a bunch of different factors coded is pretty much impossible.

imo trying to get him to basically make a league that's immune to the sort and moves together would be the best chance at anything interesting happening.

Yeah but he has an idea there.

Drafts between teams that maintain a "league" via a Tourney.

sounds like a lot of work to set up for losing the tourney in round 1.

Well it would have to be built like a league season, play each team etc top 8 then do a one and done tourney.

No they don't, they allowed a team full of multi's to survive even though they claimed to "be using the same computer at work" all while having similar names. I think Second Coming will be just fine.
