This. I would add that you should treat every agent on your team as you would want to be treated. My recruiting messages always include three things:
-If you request, I will drop you as soon as the system allows.
- If you don't feel your player is being put in a position to excel, pm me. I am always willing to listen to how your player can improve the team.
-This your team as much as it is mine, I recognize you pay money to play. So input is always welcome. That being said, their can only be one chief.
And then, once I have signed them, I do my best to give them good advice regarding their players. I do this with players I don't sign as well. In 32 seasons, I've only ever had one guy get upset and then take it too far, calling me names etc. After letting him was just trying to know help and continued abuse, I blocked him, scrimmaged him and beat his ass.
As a result of this policy, every offseason, I am offered more players than I can use. Those that aren't up to snuff, I'll sign to a team in a less competitive league. Those that are, join the other agent on whatever team I am focusing on.
As a result, in the next couple of seasons, when I am ready to restart my daughters team, I have enough agents to start a team with the type of players who are +6 EL at lvl 30.

THIS.....a frog has NEVER had an issue could not be worked out though.....as an owner...win...have fun.....read your dots...your OC's...your DC's...your coaches....everything......you may not be aware a dot is not happy if you do not over see your team....you may not know you have a diamond in the ruff if you don't look....I think forums and such scare off dot agents that have great dots and good input...talk to them off grid......IMO....its a game...fun...but money and skill need tender luvin'....its a circle not a square
