Sure it does At least for my team it does. I put certain players in at the TE spots to help with blocking when I use the goal line formation on offense and it uses those specific players when I use the goal line formation anywhere on the field.

ok...dang..I just tried it.....didn't fire...had GL specific G set solo...ran GL play not on GL....he was not slotted ...regular G rotation....I am probably missing something and will re check it

Never heard that before and the way the DC is set up/worded, it is clearly implied it is any defense in the Goal Line formation and there is no mention of a yard line restriction. In fact if I could find the really old announcement when it was added, I don't remember it being restricted to certain field position. It is a formation depth chart and not working IMO.

If I am wrong, I would love to see a link to an admin stating otherwise somewhere. That is why I posted here to begin with. I assumed I was wrong and was hoping someone could either (A) tell me what I was doing wrong with my DC, or (B) show me where an Admin explains that it did not work.

OH...TE's 3 set yes!...I do it all the time....but I tried a G call out and it didn't do it...I think it was weak side run or FB sweep something...TE's work great in GL......the DC for specific other positions is my new challenge and the thread I think was about all of them...correct if wrong as I can learn

offense is what i am speaking of...have not gotten to defense yet...private game last test so I don't think I can pull the play

unfortunately for me, I am in Casual so I cannot even force a test.

still looking at my D test though...I put 2 NT and 2 DT in regular DC...put the beast for each in at start for each position....I think ST's throws mine off...your right though...it should fire if its assigned....bort aside

great question and I am looking for that answer...I may run an open scrim to test this so I can pull plays for visual

I just don't want to file a bug if it is not a bug and there is a link somewhere telling me I'm an idiot.

Now I did test it on offense and offense looks like it is pulling the correct O-lineman, that leads me to believe it should be working on defense too.

FWIW, since the offensive GL Formation depth chart works at all areas of the field, it appears to me that the defensive one should work the same way. I did go ahead and file a bug. I had one public replay and 5 private replays all with the same issue.

anyone have a regular team that wants to scrim that is willing to spam goal line plays at me all game long? I will donate the flex to your team bank.

I never tested it and assumed it worked anytime GL formation was used. Like you posted above, I know it works like that for offense and always just assumed it did for the D.

If no one steps up to help test I will set it up later tonight. I have 2 regular team's, would prefer to do it with tje rookie team if possible but willing to use the pro team if that give better results. A kind agent just donated 500 to team bank the other day(the rookie team) so if use that team no donation will be nescasary.

Dont worry about spending flex on scrims etc , I've got it covered.
