My main problem with it is it's hard enough on the average Team Recruiting to get a good Built Dot, When you have to way in what his VA's are and how much he needs to change them, You are limited to about 1-5 Players you really want and 3 or 4 of those are Network Dots that won't come over no matter what your Record was or who is one the Team to begin with. I know GLB has to bow down to Networks cause they spend money but stop pissing on the poor (Normal) Agent!!
