What is the disadvantage of intense training for longer? Typically I tend to start multi training around day 30.

You might explain why, saying what you said adds nothing to help the OP.

I assume he means you want to include speed in your multi training as I posted earlier. You don't want to intense train for an entire season. Just include it as part of your multi training.

here is a quick run through the VPB without too much thought - 1464 EL

probably too much tackling - but with VA's you can also get vision over 90 as well, but the point was you can get better builds following what JD has posted - I had just missed a point he had made before which I have corrected to get better builds than I had been

Player Build
Position: fs_combo_safety
Bonus Tokens: 1263

Attributes:
strength : 63.1
speed : 103.1
agility : 96.1
jumping : 40.26
stamina : 61.26
vision : 86.26
confidence : 36.26
tackling : 90.1

Top SA Tree: | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Bottom SA Tree: | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
Additional SA Tree: | 0

I know almost nothing about end-builds, but wouldn't a combo safety need a little more strength? I just figure if someone wants a combo safety than they want some sort of hard hitting, just not full fledged hard hitter. Otherwise they could just go with Zone or Man. Probably wrong again tho.

The post I made on page 1 is the same as JD has posted in the past which is to intense train til the 68 cap and then multi train and use the enhancements which is all laid out in my post.

JD puts the top attribute as part of the 3 multi-trained ones - they are not the same

Basic build plan for any .5 ALG dot
If going strength first then pick one pound below the maximum. If picking speed first then pick one pound above the minimum. Enhance the first attribute to 10%, train intense three times, enhance to 20%, then train intense until you have a nearly full bar at 32.9x. Convert 15 bonus tokens to a skill point and cap to 48.9x. Then boost. Next season you'll enhance to 30% and normal train, then second cap, then continue normal training, then third cap. At that point you'll unlock and enhance your attributes for multi-training. Unlock the first, second, and third attributes you plan to cap and enhance all to 30% when possible. Use the free first slot to rotate any other attributes you plan to cap eventually, enhancing each to 10%. Continue multi-training until the first attribute reaches anywhere between 90 and 100 depending upon your build plan. Skill points should be spent in the first attribute until it reaches between 73 and 85 depending upon your build plan and how many attributes you eventually need to increase.

So the order is speed cap (68) , agil multi train, vision multi, tackling multi with speed always as a multi?
Then Agil 10%-> Agil 20%-> Agil 30%->Vision 10% and so on?

buy multi for speed, agil and whatever you want to be your third highest - enhance them all to 30%

rotate attributes into the 4th spot (enhance 10 or 20% - I've seen both) and keep doing so - you can stop at 80-cap on your 1st (speed) and 83-cap on your 2nd and 3rd and keep multi-training until 97-99 (you don't want to be stuck training over 100 because the percentages drop way down - to maybe 1%)

after you are done mulit-training, light/normal/intense what you need to to get all your attributes to 100% trained

play with the virtual player builder as opposed to having to build your dot only to find out 1 year into it that you should have done something different
