I've owned both regular and casual teams. Got tired of losing games because the sim would pull the most horrible plays imaginable so I gave up on casual a long time ago.

I totally understand where you're coming from Dub. Been there.... but.... there are many changes that we can do for our
Casual teams now and things are really better with what we can set. It sometimes takes trial and error... but ya really can
get there if ya want to.

I second this...but I suppose it's easy to do behind a 50 game win streak

im a big fan of the regular leagues but casual isnt so bad. i loved it when it first came out then i got bored of it. never really got back into it until my C and PHB were put on a casual team. i now enjoy playing for a casual team.
it really depends on who owns/runs the team.as an agent, as long as youre having fun that is all that matters. From an owner perspective, its how much time and effort you want to put into it.

Sort of...though it is common sense. People generally don't like leagues they suck at.

Casual now allows you to alter little things as to who rushes or sets up in different formations.
I enjoy the fact that my teammates know how to build good dots, follow the plan, no selfishness really and we just roll along this year.

I haven't had that problem as bad in the past couple of seasons.

The biggest issue I had as a owner of a regular team is finding OC's and DC's that are not only good, but will stick around for more than a season. All of the Great OC's and DC's already have several teams and don't have the time. At one point I would have suggested find a network to get with, but that doesn't help either. Too many teams, not enough OC's and DC's to go around that are worth it. You have some good ones out there but they are always bombarded with offers and requests the minute they post their ad.
Regular teams take an entire STAFF to get the job done. OC, Assistant OC, DC, Assistant DC, Scouts, CFO, Recruiters, and other's, especially the higher you go. There are VERY few who can do it alone and those that can tend to have A LOT of time on their hands due to the type of job they have or other reasons.
If you don't have the time or knowledge, Casual is the way to go.

Clueless again.
The progressions are the problem, not the sim. You and I both know that not every FB pass play focuses on a FB to work. In casual, it does so there. Don't call Fb% pass maybe?
You can get specific with anything casual just as regular. Force starters, force 3rd down, force RZ, force 4th down, change energy settings, utliize the energy setting so if force on 3rd he won't appear on 1st, etc. It's not hard at all.
I'd speculate that I can call which dots will be on the field from my cas pro team *on any play* with 80% or better accuracy. As for my OAI, well I am not so confident.
