That said, roster composition should have been part of the equation in an after-the-fact promotion. Did the Pirates have a chance to promote and turn it down?

Put Old Men in the HOOD up there since they was the best Team in GLB last Season,lol.

How about they fix the League Structures once and for all? Every Off-Season it's the same thing. How about just starting some 32 Team Private League's with 4 Divisions in them like NFL and see how that goes for 4-5 Seasons?

That's the excuse being used despite Somalia's conference being much tougher (plus the promoting FAQ suggests that conference matters while mentioning nothing about won-loss record). Regardless, I think the OP is a great idea because teams that already got a second chance really don't deserve a third.
