I don't think thats what he is trying to say

When did gibberish enter the break tackle roll? Your argument needs more proper constructed sentences.

Carrying has for a long time been more important than Strength for breaking tackles, basically ever since season 12 after the season 11 Islam debacle. Increasing the importance of Carrying to breaking tackles was one of several changes meant to nerf backs like this http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=26466 who had around 140 Strength, 80 Carrying and 80 Speed. I could have the seasons wrong but this is what happened.

I'm getting creeped out, as all those dots make you sound like you're panting.

*properly

Here's a good rule of thumb - most adverbs end in "ly"

I'd have gone with the 'your' fix instead of the one you picked as you can get away without it being an adverb. At that time, I wasn't going to fix it even knowing that it didn't sit right with me.

Sorry but I'm right on this one. Or riddle me this. Why do people build elusive backs with 90 carrying and 70 strength and not the other way around? Hint: it's not to avoid fumbles.

Is it to avoid fumbles?

It has to be so they don't fumble.

I think jd is referring to strictly broken tackles and not those that are produced as a result of an SA firing.
