my backups are as good as my starters. well its rookie lawl. yes i use that same setup, but not everyone does and even when i do, most of the dots get close to equal playing time.

for more mature teams, it does not matter if the starters and backups are the same quality

assign one as the starter, another as the backup

for a LT as an example
give the starter the Pass Blocker VA
give the backup the ST VA

force starters on 3rd down
only put backups on ST
