Oddly enough, it seems like when I bought All Pro packages I didn't feel as if I was spending as much as when I bought the smaller packages.

plus you can take a hiatus from purchasing flex and still have plenty of players for many seasons to come
if you make a few players each season, once you start recycling the retirees your flex lasts a looooong time
