and so on...

Those were the usernames for his multis as well as the name of the dot.

This obvious does not work.

Personally, I would send in another request asking more specifically what you are looking for as a solution. They can't refund "wasted time" but they can work on getting you off of the team.

Sometimes it does, you just have to get the right admin to look at your complaint.
