I can offer a trade for the Rookie team I am affiliated with tho, so it isn't simply that trades are turned off. I wonder if it has something to do with Regional Minor age teams.

Same here and it did not list the players as he described but I could do a trade between my rookie team another rookie team.

I can trade with anyone I've tested with except Pwned's team. There is an issue with only your team. As previously stated by red, I'm wondering if you've renegotiated congrats lately.

The "cut CPU" script I'm referring to is a GM script.
