Oakyville 23 San Francisco 20

Kalamazoo 21 Dakota 8

the spreadsheet bases the results on previous results. Houston's win over Omaha is giving them tons of respect from the equation.

I can't imagine it giving them THAT much respect though. They don't even have Akron scoring that many points against some teams and they beat Alpine. Same with SD who beat Anchorage. Could be though I guess, it's the only logical explanation other than a bug within the spreadsheet

What do you mean same with SD? We are projected to beat the Warriors 80-8, how's that low scoring?

Anyways, are these the replacements for the power rankings? If so I'm going to miss your commentary

While this is interesting I do miss the regular power rankings. I really enjoy reading sabre's commentary. I think he is the most unbiased poster on the forums.

I belive he is still doing it. If I understand correctly he was busy all weekend and is catching up on stuff. But I really agree he's commentary is great and he is very fair in his coverage.

Ya still doing it, probably won't get a chance to do it for the week 9 games but that'll be the only week i've completely missed so far.

Game of the week:

Omaha vs. Anchorage

The way this season is shaping up these are two of the best 3 teams in the west. Omaha is on a freaking dominant rampage in their last 8 games, and Anchorage is playing mad after their loss to San Diego. As far as I can see this game could go one of two ways. Its either going to end 81-80 and all players will be down to 0 enegry after the game. Or it's going to be 3-0 with a combined 49 turnovers. I'd lean more towards a shootout but who knows. If I HAD to pick i'd go with Omaha, but I'd make the spread completely even for betting purposes. It's going to be fun to see the outcome

Just want to congratulate Anchorage for playing a damn fine game. Worked us pretty good. Maybe we'll meet up in the playoffs to take another crack at ya!

Congrats again on the win.
