I believe Avenger was able to get released from perma ban, so apparently there is a route back to posting ability somehow

If you are talking about nudity, no.

TT, FFA and GD has lots of potty mouth cursing and that is "okay." Just don't make derogatory comments, post porn or threaten anyone. It's still possible to be punished outside of those rules but you have to be asking for trouble to find it.
