he used an abbreviation. GLB could be anything if he wanted to use that as an argument. But with the same type of layout and if any of his images are just redone ones like someone said, then he could be in trouble. but again, im in a different law system than you are. Similar, but different.

One thing to use someone else's work as an avi/logo without their permission. While it's not exactly legal to the letter of the law most owners of that property aren't going to take action.
When someone is making a profit from someone else's work that's when the original creator tends to get pissy.

You can literally create anything and find some moron to buy it. I like to play slots on Facebook and they always make you lose because they want you to spend money on coins. I pretty much called people morons who spend money on that slot game and there were quite a few who obviously got defensive about my comment because obviously they are morons lol.
