I had a FA ad out for my returner since the offseason.. I've asked the human teams I'm on if they can help with my FAs. I'm not on a CPU team by choice.. But it is what it is.. To continue his build, he has to be on a team. So unfortunately, that's a CPU team. He had 4 gold trophies, including conf MVP last season on a human team. I just can't find another this season. Not my fault there are too few spots on human teams.

I'm not looking to stat whore. I'd rather win on a real team in a real league but didn't get offers.. Winning gold trophies in CPU leagues isn't what I want. That's like Usain Bolt bragging about dominating the special olympics. However, if I have to play on a CPU team, I'd like him to play his intended position.

I think a lot of you guys made inaccurate assumptions about my intentions.
But hey.. Dont' let that stop you from trolling and flaming the Suggestions forum.. Apparently that's much less pathetic than suggesting improvements.

As for Wizzago's suggestion, I'd be perfectly fine with adjusted stats or penalties. It seems that there is no "returner" slot for free agency ads. When you ask for offers from needy teams, it lists CBs and not KR/PR. When you check, you find they already have a returner in their slot. So you waste time rerolling for a team and end up with CB offers again. I'm sure the same happens for WR and HB returners as well.

the problem with so many suggestions is that the person cant separate their own situation from exploits that they are suggesting (aka the yello effect). from what i've seen, the coding for cpu teams and d league is the same. it would be too easy to stick returners in d leagues to get cheap mvp eq. the reason i voted +1 for cpu teams is that anything that that makes cpu teams more competitive is a good thing.

this is really a problem they created with archetypes and forcing returners to have a base position. cpu/dDL will play you at whatever base position that you are and ya cant really say that isnt fair. elusive hb, rushing qb, possession wr, etc dont get used for their specific builds either, so returners shouldnt get any special treatment.

Why not be proactive and look at all the human owned teams your player is the right age to play for. If you do this and actively shop your player around then you can find a home for your player.

theres always like 20 rookie teams every off season. look for one on day 20-35, say youll make the returner and bam!!!!! done.


almost every single person on my team was committed by day 35. you cant just wait around and expect people to pm you.


youre stupid as fuck but youre a great guy and you just want the best for your dot. keep up the good work and whatnot.

its always nice for the returner to supply a STOP or 2. not only does it help to find teams, but it helps your player assuming that you know how to make STOPs.
