I generally roll for at least 3 AE or all if it's a 3 AE build. I start around level 35ish, and don't enhance or convert anything I buy until I am done shopping.

Definitely worth it. But you aren't quite doing it perfectly.
Best time to shop is always at x1 level (31,41,51,61, 71)
every 10 levels you gain another slot for eq (starting at 3 I think, then 4 at 41, 5 at 51 etc or whatever)

Best time to shop is do maybe 2-3 times at 31, and then do another couple at 41. That usually gets me all the AEQ I need. I never just simply build anymore, and I don't think I've ever used the store more than 10 refreshes (30 BTs) on a char. usually get my 3 or 4 aeq within 7 rolls.

I usually roll at around level 40. I haven't done any studies, it's just my personal experience that I have better results.

I just had one bad experience where I lost over 50Bt's shopping and getting nothing and have not rolled since. now i just save up and get my guaranteed +3 main.

It costs 75 BTs to add a + 5% chance to a piece, or you can roll it and buy a +5% piece for 19 BTs.

For savings like that, you better expect it to be somewhat random. If you are looking for a perfect +3, +5% piece, expect it to take much longer.

Aside from the two HBs that I rolled EQ on earlier I had great success with the linemen and my TE. I guess there is a "special" time to rolls HBs on or either just buy them outright.

Wr sucks ass too .

lvl 40 works for pure 5% pieces in general.

I like the conflicting pieces like +2 throwing 3% deflect pass piece- GG Glb

At level 31 we still have plenty of +3 SPD or +3 STR which can save us 30ish BTs. At level 41/51 we sometimes get some decent +5% <insert whatever %-value AEQ you want>, which can save us up to 50 BT.

I always roll once or twice at level 31, then do it again 10 levels later, and so on. Almost every single player gets something and saves tons of BT by rolling for the two first pieces and only creating the last 1/2.
