Very possible, my system is good, but never said it was the ultimate system. Someone could easily use it as the basis for a superior system. Some of my defensive students have had better seasons in Gold than I have.

LE did it with Peewee U a while back. Let them rip it off. You need to make changes every season on both sides of the ball. PU did help a lot of bad peewee coaches become pretty good ones. They had to keep putting in work to keep up. I know every season it seems I have to change my DPC plays and offensive plays due to all the nerfs and buffs. Besides I think most of us rip each other off depending on what is working and what is not. If my offense is struggling I do not hesitate or feel remorse about looking at what the top offenses are doing. By seasons end everyone seems to run similar offensive plays and similar defensive schemes.

An example would be pro slants when slants were hot or SG strong flood when the scat game was good. At the beginning of those seasons no one really called those plays but by seasons end everyone seemed to be. If someone stopped them against me I took a close look at their defense.

My point is you still have to put the time in each season to compete with good teams.

there are plenty of peewee guides out there already, albeit outdated, but still a good enough to help newbs to be able to take the next step ...let them learn by trial and error! ...I may not be at an elite level, but am at the level that I deserve to be at coz all self taught ...at least I can say that i got to that level without ripping anyone off ...as i said, just adds to the cesspool which is PWG ...they don't need help, if they really want to get to become good then they will without any more help that is out there already, just need to put in the time and learn from mistakes

The info Gerr has posted is helpful but also very basic. It will make some agents better if they copy it but its not going to win them any games versus the top guys here. There is a lot more to what Gerr does and how he does it than what he has made available on this team.

I kept it simple because I don't want people to just copy it, but instead, understand it and why it works, and then expand it on their own.
