Besides, as Dub says, Mods handle Customer Support. It's Admins.

as someone said, Mods don't handle support issue, that's mostly handled by admins. For the most part, they are very quick about responses.

Please keep in mind that it is the busiest time (by far) for these admins. It's like black friday every offseason for them. They try to get the urgent tickets taken care of first, so keep in mind, a player name change etc will take longer.
