I'm strictly focusing on Memphis and New Orleans next season. I like PW and PW gold. I've just been spread way too thin this season and all my teams are suffering as a result. Since the custom slots and DPC were added it's impossible to find coordinators. I've attempted many times to train new coordinators but have failed repeatedly. Typically they are gung-ho until they see what a time sink coordinating really can be.

Its no wonder you shouldn't have to have a degree in math and background in football to be able to coordinate for a team.I work alot of hours a week and for me to spend 2 to 5 hours just game planning is crazy for a game.If we were gonna have to invest so much into just a game then make it so we can win something worth all that time and energy spent not some trophy give me something to show my hard earned time involvement ex money,flex,team free team extension and etc.I know this might be just my view on things but it gives me more to work .

It's not necessary to spend 2 to 5 hours gameplanning for any game at any level tbh

haha those were the days! I remember studying about 6 games before all these scripts came out. Had go through each play by play to find something.

During the playoffs I will typically spend about an hour or more per game game planning. Most of that is just putting specific offensive packages together for each opponent. Defense is mostly just glancing at a few replays and tagging.

I still watch replays. Scouting scripts/features don't really tell the whole story. I've seen teams use completely different offensive plays for all four quarters and such.

I just use the GLB script (Scout tool)
The old version of Monster kill was great, Awsalik did a nice job with his new version but I just haven't found the interest in using it.

I don't gameplan on Defense. Spend about 10 minutes tops on Offense.
