I obviously do not know for sure. But, without taking an exhaustive survey, I have met several folks who are just in the Philly area and thats a quarter or fifth the size population wise of the New York area, and the hurricane is hitting not just NYC but the upper half of NJ and the densest populated part of the state at that. And its pretty widespread indeed. I was up that way the last couple of days. Pretty crazy and much of it will be for two more weeks.
