I'm surprised no one brought this up...the Owner is paying for the team. They are paying for most scrimmages, paying for additional seasons and the initial cost, giving your player a place to play and learn more about the game, giving you XP, and keeping you up to date on training. The owner is pretty much letting you experience GLB imo. The least you can do is open up your builds and tactics, and follow and build guide. Doing this will make you a better player and that's what most of us strive for, greatness. Just my opinion here.

i think it comes down to money. Who spends more the owner or the agent?

even though what u say is true. the amount of money needed to manage a team doesnt compare to the amount of money needed to maintain a player. which is probably y this will not be implemented.

Its just an option people. No different than the option to share your attributes with team mates or just GM's or noone! If you don't want to share your tactics than don't! But let the option be there for those that don't care. Why do people make the silliest of things into the most complicated of issues.

Because it'll start becoming: Oh, you don't want to open your tactics? Off the Depth Chart.

It's actually up for vote.

Unless the owner is the coordinator, him seeing your tactics is meaningless.

How is that different from "sharing attributes with GM's or "don't share with anyone" ? That option is still there though....isn't it?

Maybe I am understanding this wrong or you are understanding me wrong. You said 'It's only an option'. While it is only an option, if agents decide to keep their tactics unshared, the owner/coordinator will say 'Ok, I'll take you off the depth chart then'.

They can do that now if you don't share your attributes with GM's but that option is still there for the agent to decide. The agent can select "share with noone" and the owner/coordinator could remove them from the depth chart for not sharing their attributes but that option is there isn't it

Yes, I know this. But the point is that the option will become meaningless when it becomes mandatory for it to be open.

Why would it be mandatory for it to be open? Because the owner could bench you if you don't?? The owner could bench you if you don't share your attributes with him but that option is still there for the agent to decide. Let the agent have the option to decide if he wants to share tactics just like he has the option to decide if he wants to share his attributes.

I understand what you are saying. Leave it up to the player to be able to open or close his tactics. And that option will be there if this is implemented.

There is no reason it shouldn't be implemented is my point. Apparently you think there is reason for it to not be implemented which is where we just have to agree to disagree.

I can't think of one single reason to not allow the agent the option is all.
