Don't listen to them, it helps quite a bit. I usually max out each of those, and only use those two on my players and it works wonders.

Not sure if this answers your question but...

Fake = Head Fake, Juke, Catch Fake, Pump Fake, open field fake. Augmented with fake %.

Broken Tackle = Stiff Arm, Lower the Shoulder, Power Through, Hurdle, and Spin. Augmented with break tackle %.

Open Field Fake is basically equivalent to +% fake. It's not its own fake.

what about turn shoulder? does it "fire" or is it just a bonus to breaking tackles in the pocket

Turn Shoulder 'fires'. It's mostly based off of agility and the actual value of the SA in terms of it firing.

The QB will need strength/carrying for it to be successful (as it's a tackle breaking SA).

Thanks, thats what I have always presumed but with what may be a last in a while VA reset wanted to get confirmation.

while spin is a tackle break move, there is a bonus to spinning when on superelusive running style unless I'm mistaken.
