There have been multiple bug tickets about this issue. I am replicating the bug now and will ensure Catch22 is aware of the issue.

this is brutal.

the problem is that for once, we lack cpu owned teams. in the 9 rookie leagues, i only counted 11 cpu teams, and it looked like they all had QBs so that explains why QBs cant get offers.

when new players ask for offers they should get a popup screen.

I don't think it is a lack of teams. I got 7 CPU offers at 04:55:37 today for my FB. About 18 hours after I asked for offers.

Any word or update from Catch on this? I just want to train my guy and get on a D-league team. I think their fix to keep exploiting agents from stacking D-league teams has backfired badly. This is crazy.
