Not quite. While the QUE shows the number of upgrades available, you still have to go to each individual player and do the upgrade. I suspect the OP wants something very similar to the QTE where it would show each player, each EQ piece on each player (including those pieces not equipped), AND how many upgrades available (which means it could now be removed from the QUE). Drop down windows would allow you to switch equipment and/or upgrade equipment.
This issue probably doesn't effect too much those that only have one or a small number of dots... but for those that have many or who have furnished ALL the dots for an entire team, the current way of upgrading EQ and AEQ is a very long and tedious endeavor.

GLB has made it clear that they dont want to make it easier to handle EQ. By making it clear I mean they have ignored all the EQ suggestions for years now.

I swear I will never make 20+ players again due to the pain in the ass of a couple things they make me get sick of clicking a damn mouse a thousand times.

I am an old man. Far too old to use this computer by myself. I have my great-grandson here typing these words for me. I was born in 1919. Calvin Coolidge and Herbert Hoover were the President's when I was growing up. When I was growing up, gas was 18 cents a gallon! My used Ford only cost me 55 dollars, and we had no idea what video games were. I try to stay up to date, and GLB is the only way I can. I struggle awakening in the morning, using the bathroom, eating. But I am still 93 years young. And as an old man who has seen it all, I must say; this is byfar the best suggestion I have ever heard! So while you're reading a below-mediocre yello1 suggestion, you could be +1'ing this one! +1000

Don't let this suggestion die young people! I may not live to see it in action, but you and your players will! I have let many a suggestion go in my life, and I regret ignoring those every single day. Take action and stop slacking, you've got work to do!
