I always just get offers from needy teams and pop onto a CPU team to do it. Not like you can't get picked up off the CPU team anyways. If you don't, then you have a cpu team to play on.

Guys, the point he's making is simple. It took over 3 hours for the auto-offer to send - it isn't a 5 minute thing all the time. So he makes a player that has 26 TP's, CANNOT train because you have to be on a team to train - and if he cannot log in before rollover he'll lose TP's.

In the earlier thread posted by Joe I disagreed with this because I didn't think it was this extreme (and because Joe said he had his own team to put players on to begin with).

Yeah, it is as simple as remaking the player but it shouldn't come down to that.

Find out what the glitch is in the Auto-Offer system that creates such long delays - because lets face it, nobody should be expected to wait for a 3+ hour auto-offer - with the only recourse being to remake the player(s).

Pretty sure this just started up recently. No need to have a knee jerk reaction. Just fix the issue with auto offers.

If it takes that long to get auto offers then yeah training while not being on a team needs to be done, because not everyone can spend all day on here. I would imagine it wouldn't be something to difficult to change anyways. Like goose said, make the the Auto Offer consistent or remove it.

Team might be lined up, but offer isn't. "Hey, we need another TE." "OK, I made one, here's the player link, send him an offer!" "<snore>" Probably happens all the time.

BTW, I agree with you that auto-offers should just be fixed, but we both know how that's going to go, beta or no. Remember when newly-created players started with three D-league offers?

Yep....I sure did. I expect a d-league offer just like back in the day when we got 3. I ain't keeping this dot after this season, so who gives a fuck what position I made.

I don't think you lose your TP (during preseason) after rollover until you get to 30

so you should have a few days to get on a team even for a freshly rolled dot
