So from what I get from this thread....I should do the following..
Make the last 13 upgrades in Agility. That puts agility at 100. Only 2nd cap Speed, no higher? What about confidence? 2nd cap, 3rd?
And my build is a 4 AEQ piece build. End build, Strength 105.10, Blocking 93.10, Agility, 87.00. Or can take agility to only 84, make end agility @ 97(with the +13)
