I normally stop when the training gain of a 3x enhanced attribute goes from 9.1 to 6%(i think its 94-95) at this point i roll it over the rest of the way and just switch to another attribute. your main attribute will end up at 102 so that is good enough for me

You can't look at it in a vacuum. Player building is about choices...giving up something to get something else. What are you getting in exchange for 1 more point in your primary? How many times at the end of the build have you had SPs and wished you could buy a point or two of a primary but it would cost too much so you just dump them into something that you are not sure even helps (SA or secondary)?
