It blows my mind that people would say go to the regular league for just wanting to have a minor setting addition.

You really are comparing something would would literally take 1 minute to set and you would more than likely leave it that way for a long time to something that first off you have to learn to use it along with spending hours and hours and perhaps days and days to setup and use.

Its idiotic to compare the two things. You can add a few things to casual and keep it casual. I spend all of ten minutes scouting and setting a game plan as I sure most other do in casual. Its fucking great. A couple options like this one wouldnt change much of anything.

Basically IMHO casual can have some additions or changes so long as you dont introduce the ability to start changing playbooks and AI's.

Im sorry if 11 minutes is too long to make changes every 2 days. Why dont we focus on making stupid shit go way quicker like assigning eq points. FIx the damn EQ and give us auto assigned sp like the VA's.

You know most of the nay-sayers probably don't bother to take time in casual enough to know what they are speaking of... IE: "Leave casual alone... I put my dots there instead of CPU or D-League teams". Basically, they want to have all the perks of being on a decent team without the sufferings of D-League.

Here is the rebuttal to them... if you want your dots on "D-League'esk" teams, send them to D-League.

Why didn't I think of that one sooner.

If you don't like Casual being enhanced here and there, go play in D-Leagues

You obviously don't understand how the GLB userbase works. A small minority of casual owners/coordinators will continue to want more and more until the casual leagues are almost the same as the regular leagues. Once that happens, 500 people will come to the forums raising hell.

Remember the outcry over presets being added to casual? Something myself and many other casual owners at the time did not want yet we got it crammed down our throat because literally 2 or 3 people in casual wanted it. It's apparent that this is not a popular suggestion among casual owners/coordinators considering there has been virtually no support from the casual crowd.

well I have played casual and been somewhat successful at it so your D-league comparison is a load of BS. I can only speak on my own personal preference on your suggestion. and personally I do not like it and would rather casual be left alone for the most part. but I will agree with something that Alky said. I do agree with there are somethings casual could add that wouldn't hurt it at all. this isn't one of those things though.

I use presets all the time on our casual team. I dont even know why people would care, based on the fact that casual isnt casual enough a preset makes even more casual.

Pick an offense
Pick a defense
Play game.

On basic casual you have to do all the percentages. Way more time consuming <if you even want to say that about either> then selecting a preset.

I just hate the argument that everyone uses saying that more and more will keep getting added and casual wouldnt be casual anymore. Thats a lame reason to not ever do anything with casual.

Your basically saying that GLB couldnt add a couple more things or make changes to casual without completely ruining it.

The only reason that myself and I am sure alot of others even do casual as opposed to regular is because we dont have all the time in the world to learn how to do the stupid AI's. Im not a math wiz and I get a headache as soon as I start looking at all that shit.

I think you can do alot of shit with casual and just keep the dividing line at the playbooks and AI's,

Not sure what AIs have to do with math.

Cas is all about luck, so going for it on 4th downs takes away from casual how again?

You all are still hilarious

If this is so needed why are there just as many casual people against this than for it? And that's only about 6 people anyway.

Because the people that play casual either don't want this or don't care.
