Ummm, you may want to read a thread without seeing a stupid post.

TBH, this is one of those suggestions that no one should -1. If you personally wouldn't use it, then you have that option, but it's pretty silly to -1 it.


BTW, that is about like saying the block a user from PMing you is a bad feature.... since you could always just not open and read their PMs.

Not what I meant...... I meant the purpose of this suggestion is so someone could still read a thread without having to see someone's post that they know is a troll with nothing important to add.

The script that is out there does more... if someone posts within another thread that was initially coherent, then your eyes would never have to glare upon those that you may have found to show a continual troll-face for attention.

But -1 to this since there is a script that already works well for it.
No need to bog down the forums more with extra coding and they can't implement a "SEARCH" feature yet.

would support enthusiastically as long as it had a way to manually view (with a click) a specific individual post by an ignored individual without having to un-ignore (then most likely re-ignore) them to read just that one post
