+1 on the suggestion, but I don't think that the option to sell the team needs to be one of those options. I do agree with the assigning of GM's, taking out and repaying loans (can the CFO even do this?), changing the owners note, and just about everything else an owner can do except sell the team.

That's a casual team, bro. I'm talking about teams where you actually have to build AIs and game plan. I'm sure you could find a few teams where the owner doesn't have any involvement in the operation of the team yet they are successful. I'm equally as sure (from my own experience as an agent) I could find 20 teams to each one like I previously mentioned that are shit.
