I don't suck ass Jay, The Coaches on here (and Agents) have been dropping like flies and I'm trying to run a Nat. Pro Team and 2 Reg. Pro Teams by myself and after this Season, there's going to be 32 more Teams in Reg. Pro and the more need for Game Planning every Game and most normal functioning Parents don't have that kind of time. Your going to end up with alot less Coaches for all those teams and we will end up with CPU AI's for the most part and it will go down hill from there. Hide and Watch!!

That coupled with the frustrations of the Sim is going to push most agents away but most importantly, the loss of more Coaches!!

You mean the same Test Severs that can't get Lead Blocking to work properly for the most part or fix the Bad Passes we'll had to deal with the past 2 Seasons?

Bort said himself the FB Blocking was crap and nothing has been done to fix it that I have seen so far this Pre-Season.

So your saying easy regional pro leagues are whats keeping people around? Heres my suggestion....If you cant keep up with all the jobs u got, then just dont take as many. There are plenty of guys on here who do have the time.

Sehorn, you need to cut the "Sky is falling" shit. Nobody is raging about this game besides you. Just because you can't handle your teams doesn't mean other people are having trouble handling their's. A majority of the userbase is fairly content with GLB the way it is right now.

You mean Network Teams full of retired loser's that spend alot of money on here? The sky has already began falling and it's going to get worse.

all 3 of my team's are independent. i solo recruit for them, run 2 offenses and still enjoy GLB, quite a bit tbh. I think the sim is looking pretty damn good compared to how it used to be. I doubt itll get worse anytime soon.

It's not about handling Teams, it's about this takes too much time as it is and it's going to get worse, If I'm going to spend 8-12 hours a day on Football, I might as well go be a real Coach and help children instead of all this, There is Fantasy Football you know?
