That is true all of us overlook somethings. But only yello1 has so much diverse GLB experience that he is such an expert in the game and has a special insight into its many flaws, and how they might be fixed..

Gee Thanks Hatch.

keep dreaming my friend like I have said countless times before. I really feel that if you would cut the number of teams you have that you would start seeing more success with your remaining teams.

seriously Yello1 this is just another example of why you need to cut back on owning so many teams. you keep making these suggestions that hardly any other owners have a need for. simply because they can keep up with their teams.

very much true to some extent. seriously Yello1 I understand why you want to own so many teams. I also can understand that you aren't die hard win at all costs like other people on the game. and I do respect that about you. But one thing you don't seem to understand is the people that sign with your team are spending money on the game. maybe not as much as you but their players are usually not free. and I do not think most people on the game build players to sign with teams that really do not have a chance of winning.

The way I see it as a owner we owe it to the players that sign with our teams to do our very best to win for their players. as a owner you should know what agents are your coordinators and not need some alert or message to tell you they have left the team. your suggestion is no big deal here and if it was implemented then fine. but the bigger picture you should really be looking at is are your problems really something GLB is doing or is it something that you aren't doing as a owner. you seem to have to do a ton of recruiting why is that? why do you have so much turnover on your teams? why are you losing coordinators without them telling you they are leaving? all these questions can be answered easily if you just look at yourself. you aren't being fair to the agents that sign with your teams. and that is true if I had a player on someones teams that always blamed the game for the losses and wouldn't shoulder the blame for their teams shortfalls. then simply put I am moving onto another team as soon as possible.

and yes I do like Yello1 I do actually have respect for the guy but no I am not a fan. I feel if he would cut back on the teams he owns and focus on about half as many teams and then focus on keeping a good group of dedicated agents with him. I think he could be a very good agent on the game. I honestly wish that he would look at what I am saying and just take a honest look at himself and his teams. I mean which is better having 9 teams that are sub par. or fielding 4 teams possibly 5 that are very competitive and with the teams being competitive he wouldn't have to recruit as much and I guarantee any decent OC or DC wouldn't sneak out the door without saying something. because they would be proud to be working on a team that was competitive.

i actually wouldnt mind getting an alert when i lose a gm'ed team. took me about 10 minutes the other day to remember that the missing team had been sold back and not reset. but if you lose a real GM, you have to wonder why the owner hasnt been communicating all along with the gm.

used to be owners would notice when a GM's name is missing from the team's home page, but since the changes that wiped all but owner and co-owner from the top of that page until you click "GM list" I can understand if someone doesn't realize someone has quit, so +1 to an alert

be nice to have a pulldown like when you decline an offer, such as:

--i don't know what i'm doing
--the owner doesn't know what he's doing
--i don't like the owner
--the owner doesn't listen
--the job it too hard
--the owner has unrealistic expectations
--rage quit
--i'm a whiny bitch
etc

Yeah, I informed yello I changed my mind about DCing for his team a couple of seasons ago. It actually wasn't yello's fault either.

Yeah. But not all do.

Would be nice to get some way to monitor a GMs activity too.

Oh well.
