you may want to go back and recheck you statement and look at the rosters of those teams again.

actually this (STOPS) turns out not to be an issue since the limits are on CPU players and CPU players can't have a STOP AT... that might be worthy of another suggestion...why not have STOP CPUs?

But having the stops disallow signing cpu

First of all, I seriously doubt many teams are going to fill their rosters with 8 WR's or 8 STOP centers (more likely the latter than the former though)... but simply to not have it as an option so things can be tried by the innovative and inventive, is wrong. It's not like the OP is suggesting something mandatory... just to have the option. And I like options.

not sure what you're asking...the suggestion is just to remove all limits on owners with regards to how they want to use the personnel on the team they've paid for--whether that's human dots, cpu dots or some combination
