I'd argue the best way to do this is to change VA resets to a tiered system.

Levels 25-30 5 Point Reset
30-40 10 Point Reset
40-50 15 Point Reset
50-60 20 Point Reset
60-70 25 Point Reset
70+ 30 Point Reset

Something tiered could work. 30 is high, but probs not too high, so I can +1 this.

I'm not too sure 30 is too high (that's just a swap of 2 full VA's), but it's still a great idea.

What does it hurt to change all of them, If the Agent / Coach doesn't know the correct ones to get anyway, What does it matter? At least this helps Agents / Coaches keep trying different things till they get it right instead of taking so long and getting fed up and Rage Quitting.

If they ragequit over that they were going to ragequit anyway.

I'm pretty much in agreement with this, is it really THAT big of a deal? It's not like your fully resetting and getting all your training points and SP's back to recreate your entire DAWT.

Also IMO until this game is done and they stop making changes I think VA resets are not going to hurt. People are defending the no VA resets like it's the US trying to prevent Iran from getting nukes.

The same argument could be made for SPs, though.

I mean, by your logic resetting SPs would help this game more than resetting VAs since resetting SPs helps new users.

This isn't about SPs though, this is about VA's. They don't have nearly the same impact as resetting an entire character down to the bare bone.

At the top levels of the game, VA placement is something the (good) coordinators spend a lot of time thinking about and then attempt to get the roster to work in unison in their placement. We all know the sim shifts some from season to season, and that effects how the (good) coordinators view the ideal VA placement for the upcoming season. As a result, having more flexibility in resetting VAs is a good thing--it keeps agents and coordinators involved in the game and adds another important dimension to strategy.

Thank You. VA placement is one of the important aspects of this game we should allow more tweaking especially with how most of the VAs are situational now more than ever. It wasn't a big deal when they were all attributes or sure fire ones, but a lot of the VA's aren't sure fire anymore.

Except you don't get a 15 SP reset every season. Get the hell out of here with that shitty logic. Go troll somewhere else. You clearly don't care about this game. Move on.

i would support a revised tier reset table with 30 being for plateau dots or something close to that age range

Any time someone has a different opinion than yours you accuse them of trolling and then start in with the name calling. I actually feel sorry for you, tbh. You have done nothing but embarrass yourself the last couple of days with your wailing tantrums.
