The only people who say no to this are obviously people you don't want to be a part of your team as a coordinator as they are obviously not following any sort of gameplan.

Keeping individual tactics secret is one of the few pieces of leverage an agent has against a bad owner once under contract. That's the reason for not doing it....from what I have gathered in the forums.

Even so, I agree with Hatchman. As long as it is the agent's option (like attributes and SAs) and the default is Agent View Only, I see no problem. +1 to that idea

+1 we want our teams working as teams the only ones who don't have it set are people who aren't checking the forum if u see they have not go it set right then we can send them a pm and it will fix everything

Quite honestly, I don't have this problem with my agents. And I know at least one of them reads and posts in these forums.

I communicate with my agents a fair amount. Sometimes in the team forum, but many of them send me PMs too. Maybe I'm just lucky, though a number of agents have told me otherwise.

its a slippery slope...once it becomes even an option, it then becomes an expectation and then team owners become the dot owners and not the agents... as I've said before when this stuff is brought up, that's fine in RL when the team owners pay for the players, but in GLB the agents pay for the players; the guy who pays deserves control over tactics

if an owner wants control, then nothing stops them from building 55 dots
