There aren't enough in game owners, If cpu teams are here they should be able to compete. Not everyone can be afoorded the luctury to buy teams, If buying a team is the only way to ensure quality play then it shouldn't be called a free game

You haven't done much research on the game have you. If you are on a team your player gets max XP doesn't matter if the player plays 1 play or 100 you still get max XP.

plenty of teams.

I like the OP as a gaming concept.

I even like the concept the title hints at, which is allowing players on a CPU team to effect the AI calling of the CPU in some way (let the QB pick the offensive settings and the MLB the defensive ones, or perhaps an in team voting system etc).

But the overwhelming -1s from the group because we should discourage CPU play is a point well made.

Do you boost?

If so flex your dots and go hit the Teams Looking for Players Forum. There are a ton of Rookie teams looking for new dots.

I would offer you slots on mine but we just filled up.

There are literally HUNDREDS of teams clawing at each others necks trying to be the team that lands a player. Half of rookie teams for next season are half-way full. And once you get to the upper levels, like Pro, there will be 10:1 team to free agent ratio. There's a reason everybody says recruiting sucks dick.

I received a PM from you that basically read "hey asshole that doesn't like my suggestion. if you think everyone should sign with a human owned team tell me WTF players to sign with your teams."
